So last Sunday, i decided to clear and pack the vanity/mu collection up before school starts.
I do not have tons, but i think i do have alot, too much to even finish. I got to be aware that products expire as well.
I went through and i picked up alot that i no longer use/ and left in the collection for too long (some are brand new still!) /
Actually the ones in the drawer are products that i don't use on a daily basis, but still i would want to keep them neat.
I have another small drawer (form Muji) of products that i use more on a daily basis so that it would be faster and easier to reach for.
(Yep, i put kitchen towels to keep them clean, so that the drawers would get dirty that easily!)
So the first drawer, i have lipbalms/butters, base and a few concealers that i rotate
(The top are Milani brow kit & Etude house cheek+lip tint that couldn't fit in the drawer, but i use them almost everyday!)
The second drawer: My HG trusty EDM abbott's perk me up concealer! , Chacott loose powder (in edm container), and all the brow+liner that i switch up depending on my mood, you can see that i'm a k-palette supporter haha!
Lastly, the last drawer: the blushers that i alternate , a maybelline gel liner and a etude house cream shadow (for highlighting)
----
You must be wondering where are all my mascaras/eyeshadows etc? They are at the other drawer, which i put my travel size products + samples.
I'm not an eyeshadow/mascara wearer everyday (i only highlight my inner corners and brow bone), so i keep them at another place.
So these are the products that deserve more love:
Yep, that's alot (i think)
I wanted t just throw everything into the trashbin, but i transferred them into a big box instead. Still don't know what to do with them.
I'm really sorry for not updating my space, my interest of beauty blogging + vlogging had kinda died due to my busy schedule and i feel that i've got nothing much to talk about really anymore :/
i mean i still do watch beauty videos, check out different beauty products, but i'm kind of on a money ban myself.
I'm trying to start saving up, and use that money on something else instead of continuously hauling for products.
I'm already in this phase that whereby i find things that are suitable for me, i stick to it until i finish it then i will go ahead and get something new.
My makeup collection might not be ALOT compared to other beauty bloggers, but at this age (ahem...18 lol) i think i have alot, which i no longer use!
I'm not sure whether to sell them or to give them away for free.
I wouldn't mind giving away for free, if you guys wouldn't mind- alot of them are just drugstores, non-mac so i guess alot won't be interested.
If you guys know of any place/charity that i could give away my makeup- DO LEAVE ME A COMMENT DOWN BELOW!
MUCH LOVE!

I think i'm kind of doing good, although my spending power is still kind of uncontrollable, movie dates, school, school supplies, transportation.
I don't get alot of allowance from my parents, unlike other of my friends who received 2-3x more than me.
I can't complain, but i'm still grateful to them. So i'm now currently holding a part time job, which helped me out a little monetary wise.
So i really do apologise if this blog is really stinky, and left aside. I would try my best to update this blog (School's starting soon in a week's time, and i think i would have really little time on hand as well...hmmm :( )
So here are a few videos to keep you entertained- Haha doubt anyone is even reading this space now!
Hi guys, i have to admit other than being super busy, i'm kind of lazy to update this space....and i have to apologise about that!
School was really taking most of my time up, and other than that i've taken up a part time job, so my weekends are taken up by assignments + work.
Need to earn extra pocket money, so yeah.
Now that the holidays are here (3 weeks), i'm overwhelmed by submissions + assignments to be handed up when the school reopens. Also, busy catching up with a few good friends. On top of that, i've been taking up black & white darkroom classes outside (film lovers anyone?) so that explains my absence (minus the laziness, haha!)

Makeup & Skincare hauling: I've been really good and have pretty much stopped hauling.
Firstly, because i'm trying to use up what i have and have kind of found what my HGs are & obediently sticking to it.
Secondly, only getting what i need not what i want. My friends are planning a trip to Taiwan next year (and i also need to fund for my yearly bkk trip), so all these can wait.
Makeup: Been sticking to my normal routine , i think i could throw away other makeup!!
SKincare: been good, and sticking to the same routine that has been serving me well + i'm on doxycycline for the second month now....my dosage was reduced and i've been pretty bad...at missing my cycles!!!
-
Like i've mentioned above, i go to bkk almost every year...never sick of that place! In fact, i just came back from bkk yesterday. (2nd trip of the year)
This time with the family. I didn't get alot of makeup/skincare because nothing really caught my eye...but i'm so happy with my loots!!
Loads of tops + jeans+ bras *shy* + shoes + other stuffs!!
Going to bkk for a short holiday + major shopping spree might be the reason why i've stopped shopping in singapore, literally.
Being able to save and sponsor for my own trip at this age, i'm more than contented and am readily to give up shopping in singapore!!!
Ok, i think thats about it..... time for a picture of the beauty items i got there...
Excuse the messy background, still unpacking the luggage...
So i got
- Bobbi Brown corrector in light peach before i left @ DFS singapore
- Boots body butter in olive wheatgerm & honey and brazil but & vanilla (Buy one, second 50% off) - 280 Bahts
- Lancome teint miracle (1250 bahts at king power duty free) Around $57 sgd...totally regretted not getting it in dfs ....it was only for $50 :x
Not in the picture are boots hair mask ( me and my sis's essentials!!) and a lemongrass body scrub from boots as well... 3 for 199/299 bahts
I was in search for the rosewater toner from Boots botanics, but the Boots i went to didn't have that, so i guess i'll just have to skip it.
Don't really want to order form Boots asia because the other time i ordered 2 rosewater toner from them (costs only $24++) but ended up, i had to pay the freight charges of over $67 ......dang! I could almost afford a better and more expensive toner!
I went on shampoo hunt today at my nearby mall, and got this shampoo at Venus for $23.50.
Reason being my hair/scalp is really picky when it comes to shampoo. Drugstore brands shampoos, you name it, i've pretty much tried them all.
My concern: Dandruffs.
Yes, i have dandruff problem, and when i use shampoos that aren't suitable for my hair, the problem gets even worse and my scalp becomes really realy REALLY itchy.
I went to Watsons, Fairprice, Sasa, Guardian, then finally Venus to check out the shampoos.
I've decided on this, just cause i initally wanted to get the shampoo as seen below(pic):
But the price just doesn't appeal to me. Although it's only a mere $5 difference, but i'm afraid it wouldn't work out since it didn't state that its targeted for dandruff problem. (Went to salon once, and the hairdresser used this & the pray on me, it felt so good)
The previous shampoo i used was oos/discontinued. My mom went around Chinatown shops and asked & I went around different shops like Venus/Pink Beauty to find it. But to no avail.....that's the only shampoo that doesn't make my scalp itch + reduces my dandruff. (It's the Follow Me medicated shampoo, the one with the blue pump and white packaging.)
Hopefully this shampoo works out for me. Do you have any HG shampoo? Please share, :D!
Hi, i know i've been slacking alot in my entries. But due to some reasons:
1) I haven't been hauling
2) My skincare/makeup routine has been the same throughout the whole of late aug & sept, so nothing much to talk about
3) Been lazing around, getting lots of sleep before school starts
Ok, so around last week or so, i've recorded a video showing you my skin condition..
In HD, so you guys can have err...a *better* view.
So on Friday, i finally went to the National Skin Centre for my appointment. It's not my first time there, i've went there like 6-7 years ago, for the my skin condition on my left leg. So i went back on Friday ...now regarding my scarring issues on both of my legs (pretty serious, loads of scars), and my acne.
For my legs, the issue started when like 4 yrs back (when i was 13), and I started to use hair removal products on my legs. Waxing etc, different products on my legs. This is when my legs got worse, i think the products irritated my skin ALOT (namely products from Veet). My legs started to itch alot, and -scratch scratch scratch- this is when scars start to form, and yeah. Long story short. Nothing works, epilation only worked for my underarms, my legs can't take epilation as well, so i was only down to shaving my legs a few times in a week. Labels on hair removal products that stated that its suitable for sensitive skin types are kind of useless as well, irritated my skin alot too.
The doctor said if hair was a problem, i should go for hair removal , which would cost alot and it would only reduce hair growth not to entirely remove hair.
This I understand, but i was asked not to even shave my legs anymore..and just to use the depigmentation cream & moisturiser that they gave me.... it's in a long run thing, cos he said the scars would take years to fade & asked me to me patient about it. * this i am clearly aware too as well*
This means, i've got to keep short shorts in my closet for a long while...yes, i was pretty self conscious about the hairs on my legs, that was why i decided to shave/wax etc. I mean which girls aren't?! It's hard... But now having the scars on my legs, i wished i wasn't that self conscious about it, having hairs on the legs(w/o scars) is better than having scars all on your legs + shaving a few times a week which would promote ingrowth hair+spiky legs(LOL)
---------------------
Ok, now to the acne problems.
The doctor asked me alot of stuffs/questions about it. So i answered her & stuffs like that. I told her i've tried almost everything in the market and it didn't really completely clear my acne. She was kind of surprised when i told her that (i've used benzoyl peroxide, tea tree oil, sulphur, salicylic acid)
"Oh, so you did try sulphur based products as well."
Haha.
She asked if i was keen on having oral medication. Immediately in my head, i thought of :" Oh shit, is she gonna(yeah there's 2 doctors & a trainee there during my consultation haha) prescribe Accutane to me or something omg..."
She did assure me that the prescription that she's gonna give me is safe, it will have minimal side effects.
So, i was prescribed Doxycycline 100mg, which i believed its the mildest form of acne oral medication.
I was given Differin 0.1 %, and Panoxyl bp 2.5 % for my topical treatment.
Initial thoughts about doxycycline after my first day , was that i started to have a little bit of rashes on my right hands.
I was kind of scared cos i've never had such rashes before, but my cousin told me that most probably it would get better in 1-2 weeks' time since my body needs to get used to it. He happened to be on erythromycin which is of a heavier dosage, and he's having diarrhea everyday.
Differin, so far so good, i've kinda seen slight improvements on my skin after my 2nd day(which is today)
Panoxyl, (available in watsons, guardian as well), something like the Bezac 2.5% AC from Galderma, just that the smell of it has like more alcohol in it.
Ok so that's that, i'll definitely update you guys on my skin condition again, till next time!
2 Things that i bought a few days ago at Watsons when I have too much spare time in between. Was going for interview, which turnt out to be shitty job.
Maybelline Eyestudio brow pencil. Got 2 of them (Grey & Brown), since they are $6.90 each. There was only tester for the black, which was super dark.
I'm always on a constant look out for good brow products, if you guys know any do recommend!
I prefer something that's of neutral colour, of dark brown or dark taupe colour. Also i prefer it to be waxy as wel :)
My favourite one is of course from Menard, but that was hand me down from my mom, loved it sooo much so i would always use the colour to choose my brow products. It looked so natural on me. But I haven't checked out the Menard store at Suntec to see if they have it, cause i checked the web their eyebrow pencil seemed to have changed to an automatic one.
Used MM, loved the sword cut ones, but i have problems with the colour range, it seemed to be all too light/brown for me.
I loved Milani & K-palette ones, but i'm never satisfied ...hahah!
My budget for a brow product is $40, if it's really good.
ok, too much ranting over there!
Next.
Klorane After Hair removal care. Was quite interested to try this out. Claims to moisturise and reduce the amount of hair growth in 28days .I'm gonna try this later.
---------------
Bought Cleo & some stuffs did caught me eye this time.
The MAC collection, i believe its some Villian something collection. Nice packaging, but i'm not planning to get anything from MAC at the time being.
Epiduo. Looks promising, since it's a product from Galderma. Am using their Benzac AC. Sadly, this is a doctor's prescription. But it's okay, i'm going for an appointment at National Skin Center in a few weeks' time. (WIll update you on that), so maybe the doctor would prescribe me this? Haha.
New L'oreal cleansers this coming October in stores? Packaging looks very nice, with a scrublet!
To maximise cleansing process. I'm using the $2 rubber scrublet form Daiso as part of my cleansing routine, love it.
In short, i just wanted to conclude that one shouldn't wear foundation everyday, try switching to tinted moisturiser(haven't found a good one with decent coverage since its tinted moisturiser lol) or bb cream. Lighter, better, so the skin could breathe better.
I'm someone who needs alot of coverage but refused to do so, even though i want my face to be flawless, but i'd rather emphasize more on my skincare/diet/living habits to improve my skin condition than slapping on heavy makeup.
Hi, it's been so longggg. Finally vacation again! I'm into my 2nd week of my vacations already, but i guess i wouldn't be hauling much (broke again! hahaha) & Would be pretty busy, am looking for a job. So i guess i might as well churn out a few videos/posts.
I've been neglecting this place way to long!!!Ahhhhh~
From Etude House:
This cream lip & cheek thing. Got this cause i've heard raves from ChefCaffy on Youtube.
Really nice coral colour! Quite pigmented on the cheeks, but i find that the colour doesnt really show up on my lips, or is it just me?
Next, as raved by ChefCaffy as well, the Code B cream liner in black
I've tried this a few times, & i really do like it. The texture is not as creamy compared to the Maybelline's one (my fav!) but it's as good. Since its so hard to get the Maybelline one in black so i think i'll settle down on this.
Dear Darling Tint Gloss Couple.
This colour i think it's orgel orange, or orange couple. I can't remember.
I love love love this product
The tint is so pigmented on the lips, gives almost like a stain to my lips & and it stays for quite some time on the lips.
It's already a staple in my makeup list.
As usual, loads of samples...
Next The Face Shop. Got loads of masks...in packets!
My mom said it was really cheap so here's the masks 'porn'
Nail polishes
Argh..
The picture uploader refused to let me upload more pictures,
but from tfs, i've also got the mung bean cleanser (which i had already, but my mom didn't know), then a few more freebies from there.

From nature republic, got my mom to get me a few items as shown above, i would have to say the korean beauty shops are pretty darn generous with samples! you'll see why later!!
got this, wanted to try this to see how it works with the bb cream. its available in singapore, but ask my mom to get it there cus y'know...its cheaper hahaha. I got kinda sick of my Chacott loose powder ( that baby's huge!!)
they sell masks in literally packs!!!
nail polishes from nature republic. not sure if these are selling in singapore, didn't really took notice of them, and i haven't been stepping into their store ever since my first purchase *oops*
